Visit Victoria will re-introduce fees for ATDW business listings from 1 July 2023. Take advantage of free ATDW listings and renew yours now.

Alpine Fire Safety Session

Come along to the CFA's Alpine Fire Safety Session at Mt Hotham. Designed for building and accommodation owners and managers, you'll find out about essential safety measures, emergency planning, fire orders and evacuation plans, practical exercises such as how to use fire fighting equipment and more.

Breakfast is provided.

Early Bird Resort Entry pricing ends soon

Mt Hotham's Early Bird pricing for Resort Entry Season Permits ends 31 May 2023, so make sure you don't miss out. After that date, the price for a 2023 Season Permit will rise from $469 to $599 (+$50 for the refundable permits).

Resort Entry Day and Multiday permits now on sale

Day and multiday Resort Entry permits are now on sale.

For multiday permits, guests arriving
after 3pm on the first day of their multiday permit (2 or more days) get their first day free. Find out more on the Hotham website.
2023 Resort Entry Season Permit stickers

Resort Entry Season Permit holders will be provided with a windscreen sticker that must be displayed on the windscreen of the registered vehicle this season. This sticker will enable them to pass through resort entry points at Harrietville and Mother Johnson without needing to come to a full stop.

Resort Entry Season Permit stickers can be collected from the Mt Hotham Resort Management Visitor Information Office from Monday 5 June during office hours.  
Oversnow renewal notices

Oversnow permit renewal notices are being emailed out at the end of May to snowmobile or other oversnow vehicle owners.

If you do not receive the oversnow vehicle permit renewal email, or if your email address has changed since last year, please get in contact so that we can send the information to them at the correct address. Email Nikki Stringer or call the RMB on (03) 5759 3550.

Resort Management Visitor Information office hours

Please note the following hours for the Mt Hotham Resort Management Visitor Information Office leading up to the start of the snow season.


5 June to 8 June: 8:30am – 4:30pm
9 June:  8:30am – 8:00pm
10 June: 7:00am – 5:30pm

Have we heard from you lately?

Its important that the RMB has the correct general contact details for you or your cllub. Pleas ensure you update your details annually or when a change to your contact details occurs.

Over summer, we also need one or two emergency contacts for your property in case of emergency. These people must be contactable during the whole of summer.

The first step you need to take is complete an operator permit application form and contact our Visitor Services team.
