teamHOTHAM 50th anniversary gala

If you've been part of the Hotham institution that is the Mt Hotham Race Squad (teamHOTHAM), you're invited to the celebration of their 50th anniversary, being held 28 April 2023.

The gala will celebrate 50 years of dedication and service of the club's pioneers, athletes, staff, committee, family and community. Good food, wine and no doubt some dancing - catch up with old friends and club buddies.

The event is being held at Aerial in South Wharf, Melbourne. RSVPs required by Saturday 2 April, 2023.

For more information or to book, click through to the Trybooking event listing.
Targa Classica - this week at Mt Hotham

Mt Hotham will be hosting the Targa Classica event as it winds its way through the Victorian high countrythis week. On Tuesday 28 March competitors will arrive for the evening and give mountain guests the opportunity to admire rare and vintage cars that are not often seen on public roads.

Due to the number of participants staying overnight, part of the Corral Car Park will be reserved for Targa Classica participants. There will also be significantly increased traffic in the village so we ask that all visitors allow extra time for travelling through the resort.

For full details of the event and changes to resort operations, please check the RMB website.

Multicultural Festivals and Events Program now open

These events will play an important role in honouring our multicultural communities for their contributions to our state and help foster new connections, understanding and mutual respect.” – The Hon. Colin Brooks MP, Minister for Multicultural Affairs

Funding will be offered in three streams:
  • Small stream – up to $2,000
  • Medium stream – between $5,000 and $15,000

Hard waste collection - 11 April 2023

The last hard waste collection date for the summer is Tuesday 11 April 2023 (after Easter weekend 7-10 April).

When leaving hard rubbish out for collection, please don't put it in the garbage hutches - leave it near your property and off the road, ensuring that the rubbish is well contained and doesn't impede visitor access.
Some items can't be left for collection, so please check the Resort Management website before leaving hard rubbish for collection.

Building waste
If you are planning building works please let the RMB know by emailing property@mthotham.com.au. We need to know if you have a skip or trailer on site for building waste removal, even if you are doing Internal works that do not require a permit.
